Charred and showing deep scars of both the fire and of time, this wood is not only beautiful but has profound character - to some this wood is beyond their understanding. They would not be able to see the secret life revealed. Salvaged from a Florida swamp after being ravaged by a forest fire, this tree stood as a sentry for the animals and birds that lived within its branches and roots...drenching thunderstorms, quiet, inky nights...Each piece of vibrates with with life ... you can feel and see the wild heart of a very uncivilised life.
