English muffins are one of my favorite breakfast treats (especially if they are served with a healthy dose of honey). I’ve got to try this english muffin bread from Jill of One Good Thing. It looks like an incredibly easy bread to make, and would be perfect to make on the weekend and have for breakfast all week long.
